1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SpinStory ("the App"), provided by Modern Craft ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
SpinStory is a photo editing utility designed to crop, zoom, reframe, and format photos to a 3:4 portrait aspect ratio (3024 × 4032) for Instagram Stories. All image rendering and file processing take place 100% locally on your mobile device.
3. Advertisements & Third-Party Services
SpinStory incorporates third-party advertising services provided by Google AdMob to offer free utility features.
- By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that Google AdMob may serve advertisements within the app.
- Google AdMob may process device identifiers, including your Advertising ID (GAID/IDFA), to deliver and measure ad performance in accordance with Google Advertising Policies.
- Modern Craft does not control or endorse the products, services, or content displayed in third-party advertisements served via Google AdMob and assumes no liability for ad content.
4. User Content & Data Responsibility
You maintain full ownership of all images, photos, and media processed through SpinStory. Photos are processed exclusively on your device and are never shared with or transmitted to our servers. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any images you create, edit, or share comply with applicable copyright laws and third-party platform community guidelines.

5. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
SpinStory is an independent application created by Modern Craft. It is NOT affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., Ray-Ban, or EssilorLuxottica.
6. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Modern Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
