1. About KarLo

KarLo is a productivity app designed to help users build and track daily habits, set goals, and view progress analytics.

2. Information We Collect

a) When You Do NOT Sign In

If you use KarLo without signing in or signing up:

  • ✅ All habit data is stored locally on your device
  • ✅ We do not access, track, or transmit your data

b) When You Sign In (Optional)

If you choose to sign in to enable features like cloud backup, we may collect:

  • Email address (for account identification)
  • Encrypted habit data (for cloud sync only)

📌 Important:

Your data is synced only when you are logged in. If you do not log in, no data leaves your device.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only to provide core app functionality:

  • Tracking your habits and daily routines
  • Showing analytics and progress insights
  • Syncing data across devices (if logged in)
  • Enabling optional premium features

Any pricing changes will be clearly communicated on the app.

We plan to add more Free and Premium features in the future for a better experience.

6. Account & Data Deletion

You are always in control of your data.

a) Delete Data from App

You can delete all your data directly from: Settings → Delete Account

This option is available when you are logged in.

b) Request Account Deletion

You can also request account deletion by emailing: hello@moderncraft.app

Please include:

Subject: KarLo Account Deletion

Your registered email address

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time or within 90 days.

c) Clear Local Data

Go to KarLo App Settings → Clear all data

All data on your device will be deleted immediately.

7. Third-Party Services

KarLo does NOT use:

  • Advertising SDKs
  • Analytics trackers that collect personal data
  • Third-party data brokers

Any essential services (such as cloud sync) are used strictly for app functionality.

8. Children’s Privacy

KarLo is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will remove it.
