Account & Data Deletion
You are always in control of your data.
a) Delete Data from App
You can delete all your data directly from: Profile → Settings → Delete Account
ℹ️ This option is available when you are logged in.
b) Request Account Deletion
You can also request account deletion by emailing: hello@moderncraft.app
Please include:
- Subject: KarLo Account Deletion
- Body: Your registered email address
We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time. (Within 90 days)
c) Clear Local Data
Go to KarLo App Settings → Clear all data
All data on your device will be deleted immediately.
Important Note
When you delete your account, all your personal data, habit records, streaks, and settings will be permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
