Terms and Conditions – Desi Prompt

These terms cover your use of the Desi Prompt Android app, listed on Google Play as Desi Prompt: AI Photo Ideas.
📜 The Service
Desi Prompt is a catalog of photo prompts. You can browse photos, read a prompt, choose an aspect ratio, and copy the text. The app does not generate the image. You paste the prompt into a separate tool, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, or Flux.
👤 Guest Use & Google Sign-In
You may browse as a guest. If you sign in with Google, the app stores the name, email, and profile photo Google provides on your phone. That sign-in is not a separate Desi Prompt account on our servers.
🖼️ Prompts & Sample Photos
Prompts and sample images are provided for inspiration and for you to copy. Results in another AI tool will vary. We do not promise that a prompt will produce a particular image, or that a third-party tool will accept it.
You are responsible for how you use a prompt and for any image you create with it. Follow the rules of the AI tool you use, and do not use prompts or images in a way that breaks the law or someone else’s rights.
🚫 Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the catalog, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or use the app to create or share illegal content.
💡 Our Content
The app, catalog, and sample images are owned by us or our licensors. You may copy prompts for your own use in AI image tools. You may not republish the catalog as your own product.
📢 Ads & Updates
The app may show ads. We may add, remove, or change prompts, and we may update or stop the app.
⚖️ Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for images, accounts, or results from third-party AI tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
📝 Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top will change. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
