1. Acceptance & App Scope

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your download, installation, and use of BanaLo – AI Image Prompts (“App”), developed and operated by Modern Craft.

BanaLo is a curated catalog of ready-made AI image prompts. Users browse, save, remix, and copy prompt texts into third-party AI generation tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Flux.

📌 Important Clarification: BanaLo is a prompt directory and creation aid. The app does not generate images directly and does not create consumer accounts.

2. Browse, Search & Catalog Features

  • Home View: Displays featured items, trending prompts, and a designated Prompt of the Day.
  • Explore View: Covers categorized topics and collections (e.g., Portraits, Product Ads, Fantasy, Instagram, and more).
  • Search: Search operations run locally on your device against the downloaded catalog database for maximum speed and privacy.
  • Prompt Details: Items include title, category, collection, tags, full prompt text, preview image, supported tool labels (Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flux), and customizable parameter fields (subject, style, lighting, lens, mood, camera, setting). Prompts may carry badges such as Featured, Trending, or Premium.

3. Copy Mechanics & Virtual Coins

a) Copying Prompts

Free prompts copy to your device clipboard at zero cost. Premium prompts require 10 coins per copy, unless Pro mode is activated.

b) In-App Coin Rules

  • Every fresh app installation receives an initial balance of 30 coins.
  • Coins are stored strictly on the local device storage.
  • Coins have no real-world monetary value, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Uninstalling or clearing app data permanently resets your coin balance. Coins cannot be restored after app deletion.

4. Rewarded Video Ads

Users may voluntarily watch Google AdMob video advertisements to earn additional virtual coins:

  • Watching a complete rewarded video ad grants 50 coins.
  • Ad views are limited to a maximum of 8 ads per day, with a mandatory 45-second cooldown interval between views.
  • Closing or skipping an ad before completion grants zero coins.

5. Pro Feature & Billing Disclaimer

The app lists a Pro status option (referenced at ₹99/month). When active, Pro mode bypasses coin deduction for premium prompts and removes rewarded ad placements. Pro mode does not grant extra coins.

⚠️ Google Play Billing Notice: Google Play In-App Billing is not connected yet. Pro mode is currently a local device toggle switch. These Terms do not describe a live paid recurring subscription, and no real monetary charges occur until Play Billing is officially integrated and live.

6. Saved Items & Catalog Public Metadata

  • Your saved prompt IDs remain stored strictly on your local device.
  • The public "saves" count shown on a prompt item represents static catalog metadata compiled by Modern Craft, not a real-time live count of your specific user account.

7. Remix & Create Tool

The Remix feature allows users to edit prompt parameters—including subject, style, lighting, lens, mood, camera, and setting—and assemble customized prompt strings.

All remix calculations and text formatting take place entirely on your device. Customized remix text is copied directly to your clipboard and is never uploaded to external servers.

8. In-App Sharing & Brand Assets

The profile section enables users to share app information via the native Android system share sheet:

  • App Name: BanaLo – AI Image Prompts
  • Tagline: "Find prompts. Copy. Create."
  • Play Store Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.moderncraft.banalo
  • Official BanaLo brand preview image.

9. Push Notifications & Updates

  • Notifications: Optional alerts notify you of new prompt catalog drops or studio releases. Tapping a notification opens the linked prompt item inside the app. Notification permissions are optional and may be granted or declined at any time via Android settings.
  • In-App Updates: On Android, Google Play In-App Updates may prompt you to update to the latest version of BanaLo.
  • Offline Mode: The last downloaded catalog is cached on your device. The app performs network checks only when the local catalog cannot load or requires a catalog update.

10. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

All app design, original prompt catalog structuring, graphics, logo icons, and branding belong to Modern Craft.

Third-party AI tool names (Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flux) are trademarks of their respective owners. BanaLo is an independent tool catalog and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, OpenAI, Midjourney, or Black Forest Labs.

11. Limitation of Liability

BanaLo provides prompts "as-is". Modern Craft makes no guarantee that specific AI prompt strings will yield exact visual outputs in third-party AI image generators, as AI model outputs vary dynamically.

Modern Craft shall not be held liable for any loss of local coin data, device storage clearing, or third-party AI generator outputs.
