BanaLo collects only what it needs to run an account. You can ask Moderncraft to delete that account and the data listed below. You do not need the app installed to make this request.
How to request deletion
- Email himoderncraft@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: Delete my BanaLo account.
- Say whether you signed in with Google or stayed a guest. If you used Google, send the email from that Google address, or include the email on the account.
- We delete the account data listed on this page within 90 days of your request, including backup copies of that record.
Deleted when you ask, within 90 days
- Account id, and whether you used Google or stayed a guest
- Google name, email, profile photo link, and Google account id
- Free or Pro flag stored in BanaLo, last active time, app version, and platform
- Notification token, plus save and copy counts on that account
- Backup copies of that record, removed within 90 days
Not part of the account we delete
- The shared prompt catalog
- Google Play purchase records (BanaLo never stores a card number)
- Ad data that Google AdMob collects when a rewarded ad plays
- Saves, coins, and settings that exist only on the phone, until you uninstall the app or clear its storage
Data that stays on your phone
Saves, coins, and settings stored only on the device are not part of the account deletion above. Remove them yourself:
- Clear storage: Android Settings → Apps → BanaLo → Storage & cache → Clear storage.
- Uninstall the app: Uninstalling BanaLo removes those on-device files from your phone.
